智通财经APP讯，看通集团(01059)发布公告，根据集团截至2025年12月31日止六个月的未经审核的综合管理帐目及董事会目前掌握的其他资讯，集团预期将录得归属于股东的溢利(未包括其他全面收益及支出)约港币300万元至500万元，而截至2024年12月31日止六个月则录得约港币1,160万元(未包括其他全面收益及支出)的应占股东溢利。截至2025年12月31日止六个月录得应占股东溢利减少的主要原因是由于：(i)系统销售收入(包括软件特许权及服务)较去年同期减少约500万港元，这由于若干外部因素，例如英国经济动力减弱，特别是英国政府采购程序与预算的延误引致的英国公共医疗保健领域招标与合约授予之延迟;及(ii)分销成本较去年同期增加约200万港元。然而，我们近期观察到2026年初接获的订单量有所回升，这包括多家英国医疗信托机构授予的新型Multitone Nucleus云端讯息解决方案合约。
