智通财经APP讯，鸣鸣很忙(01768)发布公告，于2026年2月10日，招股章程所述的超额配股权已获整体协调人(为其本身及代表国际包销商)悉数行使，涉及合共232.66万股H股(超额配发股份)，相当于经计及发售量调整权获悉数行使后但于任何超额配股权获行使前全球发售项下可供认购发售股份总数约15%。
本公司将根据超额配股权的悉数行使，按全球发售项下最终发售价每股H股 236.60港元发行及配发超额配发股份。超额配发股份将用于促成将部分H股交付予已同意延迟交付其根据全球发售认购的相关H股的承配人。
