Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSM) reported Tuesday net revenue of 401.26 billion New Taiwan dollars ($12.72 billion) for January, up roughly 37% from a year earlier.
Sequentially, revenue increased 20% last month.
The company's shares were up 3% in recent premarket activity.
