2月11日，稳定币概念股多数活跃，截至发稿，连连数字(02598)涨7.32%，报7.04港元；国泰君安国际(01788)涨5.6%，报2.83港元；云锋金融(00376)涨3.54%，报3.22港元；联易融科技-W(09959)涨1.89%，报2.16港元。
消息面上，2月11日，香港特区行政长官李家超表示，香港作为全球Web3和加密货币创新中心的地位日益提升。一项关键举措是去年8月实施了《稳定币条例》，这项新法为在香港发行挂钩法币的稳定币的发行人设立了牌照制度。香港金融管理局正在积极处理牌照申请，相信首批稳定币发行机构牌照将于下个月发放。致力于将香港打造成为数字资产全球创新中心。
据悉，香港金融管理局总裁余伟文此前在立法会财经事务委员会会议后向媒体表示，该局正在对已收到的稳定币发行人牌照申请进行评估，并已向部分机构要求补充材料，例如稳定币的具体应用场景、风险管理框架及储备资产类别等详细信息，目标是争取在今年3月发出香港首批稳定币发行人牌照。不过，他同时强调：“首批发牌的数量一定不多，以稳妥为目标。”
