ChainCatcher 消息，据日经新闻报道，日本野村控股及大和证券集团正联手三菱日联金融集团、三井住友金融集团与瑞穗金融集团三大银行，共同推进基于稳定币的证券交易试点项目，旨在实现区块链上 24 小时实时结算。
该项目计划将股票、国债、公司债、投资信托及 ETF 等资产转化为数字证券，投资者通过券商下单后，交易将以三大行联合发行的日元稳定币实时结算，资产权利同步转移至买方。试验预计最早于本月通知金融监管部门后启动，未来或吸引更多金融机构参与。
该项目旨在通过区块链的防篡改特性支持全天候交易，延长交易时间并缩短结算周期，以活跃股票、债券及投资信托市场。但实施仍面临券商订单验证等操作流程的合规与实务挑战，试点将重点识别并解决相关障碍。
