Cisco Systems (CSCO) said Tuesday it introduced new capabilities to its existing AgenticOps model, an agent-first operating model designed to automate troubleshooting and security across distributed IT environments.

The technology now uses system-wide telemetry to perform autonomous troubleshooting, execute deterministic solutions, collect metrics, and reduce degradation with use, the company said.

Separately, the firm also launched the Silicon One G300, a 102.4 Tbps switching chip designed to support massive AI clusters and improve job completion times, Cisco said.

New liquid-cooled systems powered by this silicon can improve energy efficiency by nearly 70% and enable a 28% reduction in job completion times compared to previous generations, it said.

The AgenticOps model will be available starting this month, while the Silicon One G300 system will launch sometime this year, the company added.
