智通财经APP讯，亚太卫星(01045)发布公告，本集团预期截至2025年12月31日止财务年度的股东应占溢利较去年同期下跌约 31%。
2025年股东应占溢利下跌的主要原因是亚太地区的卫星转发器资源供过于求的状况仍在持续，市场竞争激烈导致价格下降，进而对营业收入造成负面影响; 及转租成本上升。
尽管面临外部环境的挑战，本集团财务状况稳健、资金充裕，后续将利用集团及联营公司卫星及地面网络资源，加强核心市场开发以及本地化业务经营，以提升集团的服务能力并保持盈利。
同时，本集团已开展下一代新型卫星的研制准备，以提高集团后续卫星资源的先进性和竞争力。
