智通财经APP讯，中国诚通发展集团(00217)发布公告，于2026年2月10日，诚通融资租赁(本公司间接全资附属公司)与承租人订立租赁资产转让协议。根据租赁资产转让协议，诚通融资租赁将向承租人购买租赁资产，购买价格为人民币1.52亿元(相当于约港币1.7亿元)，并将租赁资产出租予承租人，租赁期为期两年，惟可根据租赁资产转让协议的条款及条件提早终止。

租赁资产为若干风电站设备等。

于租赁期内的租赁付款总额估计约为人民币1.58亿元(相当于约1.77亿港元)，须由承租人于租赁期内分八期按季度支付予诚通融资租赁。租赁付款总额即租赁本金(即诚通融资租赁将予支付的购买价格金额人民币1.52亿元(相当于约1.7亿港元))及租赁利息的总和，租赁利息估计约为人民币603万元(相当于约675万港元 )

截至本公告日期，本集团主要从事租赁、物业发展及投资、海上旅游服务和酒店业务。本集团的租赁业务主要透过诚通融资租赁(作为其主营业务)进行。

租赁资产转让安排乃于诚通融资租赁的一般及日常业务过程中订立，并预期诚通融资租赁将赚取约人民币603万元(相当于约675万港元)的收入，即诚通融资租赁根据租赁资产转让安排将予收取的租赁利息。
