Sen Yue (SGX:5BS) received a voluntary unconditional general offer from Cenvios to acquire the company's shares it doesn't own at SG$0.008 per share, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shareholders can either sell their shares at SG$0.008 each or opt to receive unlisted shares in Cenvios' capital, the filing said.
The offer has irrevocable backing from holders of around 87.98% of Sen Yue's shares.
If 90% acceptances are obtained, Cenvios plans to compulsorily acquire the remaining shares and proceed to delist Sen Yue from the Singapore Exchange.
