ChainCatcher 消息，美国银行协会（ABA）正敦促美国货币监理署（OCC）放缓对加密货币和稳定币公司的国家信托银行特许批准，直至 GENIUS 法案完全明确。
ABA 在周三的评论信中警告称，从事稳定币和数字资产业务的申请机构仍面临多个联邦和州监管机构尚未确定的监管。该协会表示，OCC 不应推进那些监管义务尚未完全明确的申请，并警告非保险的数字资产国家信托存在安全、运营和解决问题，特别是在客户资产隔离、利益冲突和网络安全方面。
此举发生在 OCC 于 2025 年 12 月 12 日有条件批准 BitGo、Fidelity Digital Assets、Ripple 等五家加密公司的国家信托银行申请后不到两个月。
