知情人士透露，美国和日本接近敲定由东京5500亿美元对美投资基金出资的首批三个项目。

　　知情人士称，在评审过程中入围最终清单的三个项目，分别涉及软银牵头的一个数据中心基础设施项目、墨西哥湾的一个深海石油终端以及用于半导体的一个合成钻石项目。软银未立即回复置评请求。

　　美国商务部长卢特尼克与日本经济产业大臣赤泽亮正的会谈将决定双方能否达成最终协议。日本经济产业省称，两人定于周四在华盛顿会晤。无法保证本周会达成决定。

　　日本经济产业省对此不予置评。美国商务部在非正常工作时间未回复置评请求。

　　这个5500亿美元的基金旨在推动日本对美国关键产业的大规模投资，是去年两国达成的关税协议的核心支柱。根据该协议，特朗普同意把日本所有输美商品的关税定在15%，降低了之前的汽车关税，而汽车产业是日本经济的关键驱动力。
