本报讯 （记者许创业）近日，由深圳市主导提出的《协作业务关系管理——跨文化协作指南》国际标准提案在国际标准化组织（ISO）正式获批立项。

据介绍，这是深圳在国际标准化领域取得的又一重大突破，也是在国际规则制定特别是跨文化协作方面迈出的关键一步，将有力提升深圳在国际标准体系中的话语权和影响力。

该标准通过系统构建跨文化协作的标准化框架，将为各类组织应对全球化经营中的文化差异挑战提供科学指引。其中，该标准提供多元文化背景下商业合作管理的结构化方法与工具，助力企业在相互理解、高效决策、冲突化解与信任建立等方面实现规范化运作；通过凝结国际最佳实践，设计风险防控与能力建设机制，为企业提升跨文化协作效能、塑造包容性组织文化、实现可持续价值创造提供标准化支撑；探索形成可复制、可推广的标准化实施路径，为企业“走出去”提供稳定、可预期的操作指引，降低跨国经营中的文化摩擦与制度成本，增强国际竞争力。
