威胜控股近日宣布，建议分拆惟远能源并于港交所主板独立上市。惟远能源此前引入战略股东博裕投资。国投证券（国际）认为，预期惟远能源与博裕投资展开资本及产业资源合作，依托博裕在数据中心、科技及新能源等领域的广泛布局与跨境投资经验，预期有效赋能公司业务拓展与提升市场竞争力，助力加速全球化布局。
值得注意的是，2026年3月港股通名单即将迎来新一轮调整，本次调整名单预计将于2月20日收盘后公布，3月6日收盘后正式实施，相关调整将于3月9日正式生效。兴业证券发布研报预测，威胜控股3月有望进入港股通名单。
