Sanli Environmental (SGX:1E3) raised SG$5 million in gross proceeds from the issuance of 12M series 002 bonds, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The new bonds will be listed on the ADDX Exchange from Feb. 8, the filing added.
Shares of the company gained nearly 2% in recent trade.
