Lindian Resources Places Long-Lead Plant Orders at Africa Project

Lindian Resources (ASX:LIN) placed orders for long-lead processing equipment packages and advanced multiple on-site work front at its Kangankunde rare earths project in Malawi, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The packages include a SAG mill a thickener and flocculation plant, shaking tables, and belt filters, the filing said.
The mill will be delivered in about 22 weeks, while the thickener and flocculation are scheduled on an about 14-week lead time, the filing added.
The shaking tables and the belt filters have a lead time of about 20 weeks, the company said.
The company expects first concentrate at the project in November.
