Cellebrite Q4 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rise; Agrees to Acquire SCG Canada

Cellebrite DI (CLBT) reported Q4 non-GAAP earnings Wednesday of $0.14 per diluted share, up from $0.10 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.14.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $128.8 million, up from $109.0 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $126.1 million.

For Q1, the company expects revenue of $126 million to $128 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $125.6 million.

For 2026, the company expects revenue of $565 million to $571 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $554.5 million.

Additionally, Cellebrite said it signed an agreement to acquire SCG Canada in a deal expected to close later this quarter. Terms of the transaction were not provided, although the company said it is expected to broaden its digital forensics capabilities.

Shares of the company were up 11.8% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
