ChainCatcher 消息，据韩联社报道，韩国金融监督院于今日公布了 2026 年业务计划，宣布将对虚拟资产市场展开一系列强化监管措施。金监院将对破坏市场秩序的高风险领域展开专项调查，重点打击“大鲸鱼”式市价操纵、“网箱”手法、“赛马”手法等典型操纵行为，以及利用 API 订单或社交媒体散播虚假信息的不当交易。
同时，将开发人工智能分析工具，对异常暴涨的虚拟资产进行秒级、分钟级分析，自动识别可疑交易区间和群体。
为预防金融IT事故，金监院将引入惩罚性罚款制度，并强化首席执行官及首席信息安全官的安全责任。此外，将正式运作综合监控系统，以收集和传播金融领域的网络威胁信息。
金监院还成立了《数字资产基本法》引进准备小组，以支持虚拟资产二级法案的有效执行。准备小组将制定与虚拟资产发行和交易支持相关的披露体系，并开发数字资产业务经营者及稳定币发行人的许可审查业务手册。
