　　金茂源环保（06805）发布公告，内容有关泰州金成与广东金竣达就集团四个园区提供总承包建设及相关服务订立先前建设合约。于2026年2月6日，公司的间接全资附属公司泰州金成已与广东金竣达（该公司曾与公司的其他附属公司订立先前建设合约，据此，广东金竣达承诺就公司的四个园区的建设提供分项总承包建设服务）订立协议，进行进一步建设工程。

　　所有产业园（包括青神园区、华东园区、华中园区及惠州园区）在本公告发布之日及前十二个月内已披露合约的总合约交易金额约为人民币3.77亿元。

　　基于公司策略性聚焦扩大其表面处理循环经济产业园业务，尤其于江苏地区，以及配合新设施建设与营运准备的需求，董事认为泰州金成与广东金竣达订立现有交易为促进华东园区新购地块开发及设备安装的必要举措。此扩展符合集团增加可出租楼面面积及提升废水处理能力的策略，借此把握长江三角洲地区电镀企业的需求。现有交易项下提供的服务及供应将支持厂房及配套设施如期竣工，此举对吸引及留住租户、提升出租率以及创造稳定租金及公用事业服务收入至关重要。
