** Stock hits the highest level since January 22 on the third consecutive session of rise
** China-based silicon carbide epitaxial wafers producer says it has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Korea's EYEQ Lab Inc to establish partnership in supply and application of silicon carbide epitaxial wafers
** "This collaboration is expected to further consolidate the group's market position in the global semiconductor supply chain and expand its international client base" - co
** YTD, stock up 7.6%, benchmark Hang Seng Index .HSI up 5.4%
