智通财经APP讯，CMON(01792)发布公告，配售协议所载的所有条件均已达成，配售事项于2026年2月12日已告完成。合共1032万股配售股份(占紧随完成后经配发及发行配售股份扩大的本公司已发行股本约16.67%)已根据配售协议、补充函件及第二份补充协议的条款，按每股配售股份0.9500港元的配售价成功配售予不少于六名承配人。
据董事作出一切合理查询后所深知、尽悉及确信，承配人及其最终实益拥有人(如适用)均为独立第三方，且概无任何承配人因配售事项而成为本公司的主要股东(定义见上市规则)。配售事项所得款项总额约为980万港元。
扣除配售佣金及就配售事项产生的其他相关开支后，配售事项所得款项净额约为940万港元，拟用作一般营运资金，其中(i)约235万港元用于市场推广及活动，包括参与贸易展览会及推广活动;(ii)约587.5万港元用于游戏开发，包括原型设计、内容开发及美术创作;及(iii)约117.5万港元用于棋盘游戏、模型战棋游戏及其他休闲产品销售业务的正常营运。
