墨西哥电信巨头美洲电信（America Movil）首席财务官卡洛斯・加西亚周三在公布第四季度业绩后表示，公司初步拟定 2026 年及未来几年的资本开支目标为营收的 14%–15%。

　　加西亚在电话会议上称，该目标仍有待最终确定。

　　他补充表示，在法国控股公司 NJJ 与总部位于卢森堡的 Millicom 周二成功以12 亿美元收购西班牙电信智利子公司后，美洲电信将进行必要投资，以保持在智利市场的竞争力。

　　由墨西哥亿万富翁卡洛斯・斯利姆家族控股的美洲电信，此前曾准备与智利 Entel 公司联合收购该子公司，但双方联盟于 2025 年底破裂，美洲电信随后决定单独寻求潜在交易。

　　公司高管表示，原本计划用于收购西班牙电信智利业务的资金，将转而用于降低集团债务，并为该地区其他收购机会做准备。

　　“我认为市场将会出现整合，我们希望做好整合的准备。” 首席执行官丹尼尔・哈吉向分析师表示。他提到了拉美地区的小型光纤供应商，以及正与之谈判的巴西互联网服务商 Desktop。

　　就在此次电话会议前一天，美洲电信公布净利润增长近五倍，主要得益于汇率利好推动融资成本大幅下降，营收小幅上涨超 3%。

　　摩根大通分析师称其为 “不错的季度表现”，墨西哥和哥伦比亚业务稳健，但巴西进展稍缓。早盘公司股价小幅上涨。
