比推消息， 灿谷明确“AI 分布式算力网络”战略，成立美国子公司 EcoHash 加速转型，该公司将聚焦 AI 推理市场，通过赋能全球中小矿场，打造高柔性的算力电网平台，目前已在美国达拉斯成立全资子公司 EcoHash Technology LLC，专门负责 AI 算力业务的推进 。同时迎来了新任 CTO Jack Jin 先生（原 Zoom 基础设施负责人），他将带领团队利用在超大规模 GPU 集群管理和弹性计算领域的深厚积累，驱动技术底座的开发 。“AI 算力集成箱”和“即插即用”方案已通过前期 Demo 项目的可行性验证，实现了在不进行大规模基建翻修的前提下，在传统矿场环境快速部署 AI 边缘算力节点 。
