AcroMeta's Substantial Shareholder Agrees to Buy Over 23.5 Million Shares; Shares Up 4%

AcroMeta's (SGX:43F) substantial shareholder, Levin Lee Keng Weng, agreed to purchase around 23.5 million shares in the company from executive director, Toh Ker How, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Following the acquisition of the shares, Weng now has a 23.39% stake in the company while How has an 8.76% stake.
Shares of the engineering design and consultancy services company were up over 4% in Monday trading.
