智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，2月6日，新达控股(08471)股东将股票存入耀才证券，存仓市值740万港元，占比8.16%。
此前新达控股公布，于2025年12月18日，公司间接全资附属深圳市新达功能纺织有限公司拟向天津中禾种业有限公司收购衡达涌金农业高科技有限公司24%股权，总代价为人民币1160万元。收购事项后，目标公司将由买方持有24%股权，其余76%股权则继续由卖方持有。
