格隆汇2月9日丨云迹(02670.HK)公告，根据集团截至2025年12月31日止年度(“报告期”)的未经审核综合管理账目初步评估，预期集团于报告期将录得收入约人民币2.85亿元至人民币3亿元，较上年增长约16%至23%。报告期内，预期集团将录得(a)亏损净额约为人民币2.75亿元至人民币3.1亿元，而上年同期亏损净额约为人民币1.85亿万元；及(b)于报告期内经调整亏损净额约为人民币9800万元至人民币1.3亿元，而上年同期经调整亏损净额约为人民币2756万元。 根据董事会目前可获得的资料，董事会认为如上变动主要是因为公司基于下一阶段的规模扩张，在研发、管理和销售体系上进行了前瞻性投入：例如高端人才引进和AI升级；以及进行了新兴业务以及国际化的投入、渠道建设和品牌投入。此外，报告期内，上市开支及以股份为基础的付款开支(如下文“经调整项目”所定义)增加。董事会认为，如上变动不会对本集团的持续经营能力产生不利影响。
