雪佛龙（Chevron）将把业务拓展至利比亚，该公司此前表示，其在利比亚2025年的招标中中标。

　　这家能源公司周三表示，该公司中标了利比亚苏尔特盆地（Sirte Basin）的106号合同区。

　　雪佛龙补充说，该公司另外与利比亚国家石油公司（Libyan National Oil Corporation）签署了一份谅解备忘录，以评估该国陆上钻探的开发和勘探潜力。

　　雪佛龙勘探副总裁凯文·麦克拉克伦（Kevin McLachlan）周三表示：“雪佛龙很高兴能通过中标106号陆上合同区进入利比亚，这突显了我们对北非和东地中海地区的关注，也完全符合我们通过优质区块和高影响力勘探前景来扩大我们资产组合的勘探战略。”

　　该公司表示，该合同区的授予须以签署产量分成协议为前提。
