智通财经APP讯，新纽科技(09600)发布公告，配售协议的所有条件已获达成，且配售事项已于2026年2月11日完成。合共6000万股配售股份已由配售代理根据配售协议的条款及条件按配售价每股配售股份0.300港元成功配售予承配人，相当于紧随配售事项完成后本公司经配发及发行配售股份扩大的已发行股本的约5.98%。
配售事项所得款项净额(经扣除配售佣金及其他相关开支)为1790.93万港元，将用作补充本集团的一般营运资金，其中，20%的配售事项所得款项净额，将用于支付专业费用;60%的配售事项所得款项净额，将用于支付员工薪金;及20%的配售事项所得款项净额，将用于支付公用事业费用及其他成本。
