智通财经APP讯，众淼控股(01471)公布，董事会已注意到公司的股份价格及成交量最近有所上升。经作出相关情况下有关公司的合理查询后，董事会确认，除下文所披露者外，董事会并不知悉该等价格或成交量波动的任何原因，或任何必须公布以避免公司证券出现虚假市场的资料，或根据证券及期货条例第XIVA部(香港法例第571章)须予以披露的任何内幕消息。公司已向中国证监会提交将约1.06亿股非上市内资股份转换为H股的申请。
在取得相关监管机构(包括但不限于中国证监会及联交所)的所有备案及╱或批准，并符合所有适用法律及法规后，该等非上市股份将转换为H股，并合资格于联交所上市及买卖。
