　　MONGOL MINING（00975）盘中涨超15%，截至发稿，股价上涨11.31%，现报13.39港元，成交额7889.75万港元。

　　国联民生证券发布研报称，2025年随着黄金等新的矿场陆续开发，公司已经从单一Coking coal生产商逐渐成长为黄金铜等多矿场生产商，初步完成公司名称“Mining”规划。公司持股50%的EM公司黄金资源储备丰富，旗下BKH金矿已于25Q4投产，有望于2026年达到额定产能8.5万盎司。以2026年BKH金矿产量7.65万盎司、实现金价5200美元/盎司、AISC成本1200美元/盎司测算，有望贡献0.97亿美元归母净利润，约占2024年利润的40%，悲观假设下仍有0.70亿美元。

　　该行续指，公司2017年债务重组后资产负债表逐步修复，于2023-2025年完成永续证券清偿和高息票据置换，进一步清除分红障碍、降低融资成本。当前公司已进入“低净债务”时期，且BKH项目资本开支高峰已过，考虑2026年煤、金共振盈利提升，或满足优先票据对分红的限制性条款，有望开启股息分派。以2026年预测归母净利润2.74亿美元，分红比例分别为30%、50%，以及2026年2月6日市值计算，股息率可达5.2%、8.7%。
