CHN Energy Changyuan Electric Power (SHE:000966) generated 3.97 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity in January, up 38% from the previous year, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Thermal power output rose 41% to 3.71 billion kWh and hydropower output surged 133% to 62 million kWh. Renewable energy output fell 13% to 195 million kWh.
