　　2月11日，MIRXES-B发布公告，涉及联合创始人及基石投资者所持公司相关股份的现有禁售承诺将于2026年2月23日届满。于现有禁售期届满后，联合创始人，即朱兴奋博士（持有 3241.94万股股份）、周砺寒博士（透过SLW Gene Limited持有控制1866.06万股股份）及邹瑞阳博士（透过Accurate Gene Limited持有控制1786.06万股股份），以及基石投资者北京浔瑞企业管理合伙企业（有限合伙）（持有1664.92万股股份）已就上述各自于公司的股权自愿向公司作出承诺。

　　自愿承诺体现联合创始人及基石投资者对公司长期发展前景、业务基础及战略方向的坚定信心，彰显其长期持有公司股份的意愿并支持公司实现可持续增长及价值创造。 根据自愿承诺，于2026年2月23日起的12个月期间内：联合创始人各自已承诺不会出售任何相关股份；基石投资者已承诺将持有其不少于80%的相关股份。
