Mirxes Co-founders, Cornerstone Investors Undertake Voluntary Lock-up of Shares

Mirxes (HKG:2629) said three of its co-founders, as well as a cornerstone investor, voluntarily agreed to hold on to the company's shares, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.

Each of Too Heng, Zhou Lihan, and Zou Ruiyang, as well as Beijing Xunrui Enterprise Management Partnership, made voluntary undertakings to lock up their holdings for one year beginning Feb. 23.
