近日，高途教育科技集团创始人、董事长兼CEO陈向东在与凤凰网财经《封面》对话时表示，AI虽能传授知识，却无法替代育人的温度。历次技术革新从未取代教师，反而凸显其引导人格、塑造价值的核心作用。他相信，人类终将找到与AI共处的方式。

凤凰网财经《封面》：从商业模式来看，高途是重人力投入公司，AI对你们模式会有什么冲击？
陈向东：AI能替代“教”（知识传授），但无法替代“育”（激发与成长）。我问过斯坦福的教授和中国的校长，他们一致认为：AI时代，老师会更重要，因为育人需要人的引导与温度。
回顾历史，从纸张、印刷术到图书馆、搜索引擎，每次技术飞跃都未取代教师，反而让教师的角色更关键。AI可以生产内容、解答疑问，但教育的本质是唤醒人格、塑造价值观，这始终需要“人”的参与。如果真的不需要人了，那人类存在的意义得重新定义了。但我始终相信，我们会找到人与AI共处的方式。对此，我永远乐观。
