凯德投资（CapitaLand Investment）股价下跌，此前该公司公布2025年利润下降。周三上午，该股一度大跌8.8%，至2.89新加坡元（相当于2.28美元），之后收复部分失地，报2.99新加坡元。这是一年多来该股最大单日百分比跌幅。
花旗分析师Brandon Lee在一份报告中表示，业绩不及预期后股价下跌，可能为投资者提供了买入机会。该资产管理公司表示，凯德投资2025年利润下降70%，至1.45亿新加坡元（相当于1.146亿美元），主要原因是投资组合收益减少以及中国投资组合的重估亏损增加。其收入下降24%，至21.3亿新加坡元。
花旗表示，今年以来，凯德投资的表现优于基准海峡时报指数（Straits Times Index）。根据伦敦证券交易所集团（LSEG）的数据，该股上涨了约10%，而该指数上涨了7%。花旗维持其买入评级。
