快科技2月11日消息，中国台湾存储芯片厂商华邦电子日前召开法人说明会，总经理陈沛铭直言，DRAM供应吃紧情况短期难解，尤其DDR4缺口“大到不知道怎么补起来”。
数据方面，华邦电子2025年全年合并营收新台币894.06亿元，同比增长9.55%；全年营业毛利率为35%，获利为新台币31.77亿元，较2024年暴增近3.5倍。
陈沛铭指出，本季DRAM报价涨幅约9成至95%，下季仍将维持相近幅度，显示需求远远超过供应。
在存储芯片供需方面，他表示即便华邦全力扩产，短时间内仍难以填补市场缺口，除DRAM外，SLC NAND因供应更加紧张，实际涨幅甚至高于DRAM，整体存储市场已呈现全面性缺货。
他透露，目前2026年与2027年的产能已经全卖光，为了避免超卖风险，公司目前倾向逐季谈价，不愿意接受超过3个月的长期订单。
其认为，在AI建设尚未完全成熟之前，相关存储需求与价格水平，仍将维持一段时间的高价表现。
