Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services (NSE:ZAGGLE, BOM:543985) has signed a five-year co-branding partnership agreement with Euronet Services India, according to an exchange filing.
Shares of the company rose around 7% in recent trade.
Under the agreement, Zaggle will collaborate with Euronet Worldwide to unveil co-branded prepaid card solutions for corporate customers, the filing said.
The offering will integrate with Zaggle's spend management platform, enabling real-time visibility, automated expense tracking and improved compliance, it added.
