0849 GMT - Bellway's revenue slightly ahead of expectations, and the company's reiteration of operating profit consensus should reassure investors, Jefferies analysts say in a note. Still, the house builder might change the way in which it reaches that goal, Jefferies says. It might start selling more homes in bulk, for example, to councils or rental companies instead of individual families, raising concerns on outer-year profit margins. "Management appears comfortable with consensus operating profit at 330 million pounds although with a significant pipeline of bulk deals, the route to achieving consensus may be different from the previous guide of average selling price 320,000 pounds and operating margin around 11%," Jefferies says. Shares are up 3.6% at 2,636 pence. (anthony.orunagoriainoff@dowjones.com)
