Peninsula Energy (ASX:PEN) said 19.9 million shares were issued to a nominee of Adare Finance, which is an affiliate of Davidson Kempner, as part of the partial conversion of a convertible loan facility, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

The facility is part of a broader funding package to support the restart of the Lance uranium project in Wyoming.
Its shares fell over 3% in recent trading on Thursday.
