ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，美国证券交易委员会 (SEC) 委员 Mark T. Uyeda 就证券代币化发表观点，称 SEC 的规则不应在技术演进中设置“不必要的障碍”。
Uyeda 在资产管理衍生品论坛演讲中指出，代币化已从理论探索步入早期实践阶段，市场参与者正在测试传统证券如何在链上发行、持有和转让。他强调，代币化证券仍属证券法规监管范畴，技术进步并未改变信息披露、资产托管和投资者保护等核心法律义务。Uyeda 表示，SEC 的职责并非为加密原生资产创设一套平行规则，而是将现有证券法律适配至链上环境，且不应造成不必要的摩擦。他重申 SEC 坚持“技术中立”原则，关注监管结果而非具体流程。Uyeda 特别提及，SEC 近期已收到一份基于《投资公司法》的豁免申请，这表明代币化“不再只是理论推演，而是正在成为现实”。
