Walt Disney (DIS) has kicked off its first investment-grade dollar bond sale since 2020, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing a person familiar with the matter.
The offering is in as many as four parts, with tenors of three to 10 years, the person reportedly told Bloomberg.
For the longest-tenored note, initial talks are for a premium 0.85 percentage point above comparable Treasuries, the person reportedly said.
Disney didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
