BUZZ-Wesco falls after forecasting profit below estimates

** Shares of business-to-business distributor and logistics provider Wesco International WCC.N fall 10% to about $272 premarket

** WCC expects annual adjusted profit below analysts' average estimates on margin pressure and lingering weakness in its utility and broadband solutions segment

** Forecasts 2026 adjusted profit between $14.50 and $16.50 per share, the midpoint of which is below Wall Street estimates of $16.37, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Reports Q4 adjusted profit of $3.40 per share, compared with estimates of $3.88

** Says CFO Dave Schulz will retire in May and will be succeeded by Indraneel Dev, who joins the company this month

** In 2025, WCC rose 35.2%
