陈镇杰先生(陈先生)已获委任为联席公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，自2026年2月10日起生效。陈先生并非本公司的个别雇员，而是以外部服务供应商行事。陈先生将与皮巍先生(皮先生)共同承担公司秘书的职责，而皮先生将继续担任另一联席公司秘书，并就公司秘书事宜担任陈先生的联系人。
