派拉蒙周二表示，已修改对华纳兄弟探索每股30美元的全现金收购报价，若交易在2026年12月31日之后仍未完成，每季度将收取每股25美分的延期费用。

　　这相当于每个季度约6.5亿美元的现金价值。派拉蒙还表示，如果交易失败，它将为华纳兄弟探索欠奈飞的28亿美元终止费提供资金。
