路透河内2月9日 - 越南国家电力公司（EVN）周一表示，该公司已将一份价值9.74亿美元的合同授予由中国电力公司和Lilama公司组成的财团，以建设一座液化天然气发电厂。
EVN 在一份声明中说，位于中部广治省的 Quang Trach II 发电厂将拥有 1,612 兆瓦的发电能力。
