KSH International (NSE:KSHINTL, BOM:544664) said Chief Executive Officer Sandesh Suryakant Bhagwat has resigned to pursue opportunities outside the organization, according to an Indian bourse filing on Saturday.
The resignation will take effect from March 31, the filing said.
Shares of the company were down over 2% in Monday's trade.
