2026年2月9日，Memo Therapeutics AG宣布，已与全球罕见病及重症药物研发领导者CSL就MTx重组多克隆IgG技术达成战略合作及独家许可选择权协议。

根据合作与选择协议，MTx将利用其专有的DROPZYLLA®技术平台开发重组多克隆IgG产品，该平台用于克隆人类抗体库和多克隆抗体表达，CSL则获得MTx的独家许可权。协议总额最高可达2.65亿瑞士法郎（3.28亿美元）。

DROPZYLLA®平台是一项基于重组多克隆抗体（recombinant polyclonal IgG）的创新技术平台，该技术能够大规模捕获并复制天然人源抗体库，从而实现多样化抗体群体的稳定可控表达，这些抗体可针对特定感染性或免疫介导性疾病进行定制。

MTx首席执行官Erik van den Berg表示：“IgG免疫疗法被用于治疗包括先天性或获得性免疫缺陷以及自身免疫疾病在内的多种疾病。”“与CSL的合作进一步验证了我们专有的DROPZYLLA®技术平台，以及我们共同推进创新IgG解决方案的雄心。”
