智通财经APP讯，中国东方教育(00667)发布公告，预期本集团于截至2025年12月31日止年度的纯利及经调整纯利将各自分别较截至2024年12月31日止年度的纯利约人民币5.13亿元及经调整纯利约人民币5.25亿元增加不少于46%但不多于51%。
根据董事会目前可得资料，本集团在该年度的纯利及经调整纯利增加主要由于(i)在该年度的新生注册及新客户注册数量增加约6%，从而导致本公司收入增加约12%;及(ii)在该年度本集团有效的营运管理及成本控制，导致本集团的整体成本在收入显著增长的情况下，仅保持相对温和增长。另一方面，诚如2024年年报及2025年中期报告所披露，于2025年1月，本集团收购山西冶金技师学院及其他关联公司(统称为目标集团)，总现金代价为人民币1000万元(收购事项)。除已付现金代价外，本集团亦提供人民币1535万元，以支持于收购事项完成前目标集团的日常营运。于收购事项完成后，目标集团于该年度取得亏损约人民币1000万元，该亏损已于本集团该年度的综合管理账目中综合入账，而本集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的纯利及经调整纯利则未受此影响。
