1759 ET - On Semiconductor is trying to make AI data centers a bigger part of its revenue stream. The company said its AI data center business contributed more than $250 million in 2025 sales. On Semiconductor executives told analysts they see data centers as a fast-growing industry that could provide a boost as several of its other business units posted sales declines in the fourth quarter. Management expects AI data center revenue to increase by a high-teens percentage in the first quarter. "This market remains one of the strongest and fastest scaling opportunities for us," Chief Executive Hassane El-Khoury says. (katherine.hamilton@wsj.com)
