　　核准于境内市场分批发行不超600亿元台币（19亿美元）无担保公司债，以支持其产能扩张及绿色计划。

　　批准分派2025年第四季现金股息每股6元台币。

　　核准将目前担任研发副总裁的Michael Wu与Geoffrey Yeap晋升为资深副总裁。
