智通财经APP讯，茂业国际(00848)发布公告，预期本集团2025年度将取得净亏损约为人民币2亿元至人民币2.5亿元之间(2024年度：取得净亏损约为人民币9992万元)，剔除投资性物业公允价值变动减值损失约人民币3亿元及商誉和在建物业等资产减值损失约人民币1亿元的影响， 2025年的经营净利润约为人民币1亿元。
预期本集团2025年度取得净亏损主要原因为投资性房地产及商誉与在建物业的减值损失计提。2025年度，由于投资性房地产公允价值根据市场情况变化，从原公允价值约为人民币218 亿元下降至2025年度约人民币215亿元，降幅约为1.4%，预计计提公允价值变动损失约人民币3亿元，影响净利润约人民币2.3亿元。同时，预期计提商誉、在建物业等资 产减值损失约为人民币1亿元。根据相关会计政策规定，及与相关机构沟通，管理层基于谨慎原则，公司2025年度拟对投资性房地产公允价值变动损失计提约人民币3亿元，对相关商誉及在建物业等资产减值损失约人民币1亿元。
